Our heavy duty steel grating is a high-strength, long-lasting structural component specially engineered for heavy load conditions. We provide standard and fully customized steel grating to meet diverse project demands, manufactured in line with global mainstream standards including GB, ASTM, EN and AS. Main specification details are listed as follows:
Bearing Bar: Available in multiple common sizes: 25×3mm, 25×4mm, 30×5mm, 40×5mm, 50×5mm, 75×10mm and more. Three types are optional: plain, serrated and I-shape. Serrated grating is highly recommended for slippery areas. US standard sizes such as 1''×3/16'' and 1-1/4''×3/16'' are also available.
Bearing Bar Pitch: The overall range is 12.5mm to 60mm. 30mm and 40mm pitches are the most widely adopted for general industrial use, while 60mm pitch is exclusively designed for mining sites to prevent mineral splashing.

Q345B delivers tensile strength of 470–630MPa and yield strength of 355MPa, with 50% higher loading capacity than Q235B, perfectly suitable for harsh sites such as port terminals and power plants.
Stainless Steel: Grade 304 and 316L for selection. 304 stainless steel with tensile strength of 205MPa offers good anti-corrosion performance for moderately corrosive environments. 316L stainless steel reaches a tensile strength of 290MPa, featuring superior acid, alkali and salt resistance. It adapts to severe conditions like chemical factories and coastal regions, realizing 15 years maintenance-free service.
Low-Alloy Steel: High-strength low-alloy steel is optional for ultra-heavy load scenarios. Optimized structural design greatly enhances local compression resistance for extreme working conditions.

Spray Paint & Powder Coating: Rich color choices including industrial dark gray, classic black, commercial light blue, off-white, as well as warning red and yellow for special zoning. Outdoor coatings adopt UV-resistant and anti-aging formula to prevent fading; indoor colors can be customized to match overall decoration styles.
